September 2021: Home prices in Springboro increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Springboro rose by $46,000 while total sales increased by 45.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $292,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Springboro in September 2020.
