Springboro home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Springboro rose by $19,950 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,450 - a 11.1% increase over the $180,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Springboro in February 2019.
