Springboro home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Springboro rose by $8,250 while total sales remained unchanged with 36 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $254,950 - a 3.3% increase over the $246,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Springboro in May 2019, as well.
