Franklin home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Franklin rose by $25,700 while total sales decreased by 12.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,700 - a 19% increase over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Franklin in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,890, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
