August 2021: Home prices in Springboro increased

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Springboro rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 15.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $308,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Springboro in August 2020.

The median sales tax in Springboro for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,148, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
