November 2021: Home prices in Springboro increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Springboro rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 26.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $305,000 - a 9.7% increase over the $278,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Springboro in November 2020.
