Saturday, Feb. 1: Carroll High School standout Mathew McMahan’s college team loses to West Alabama Tigers

On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Carroll High School standout Mathew McMahan’s current college team, the Columbus State Cougars, lost 13-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the West Alabama Tigers.

The game took place at Tartt Field. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 2 at 1 p.m. at Tartt Field against West Alabama Tigers.
