State Representative Phil Plummer (R-Dayton) has announced the opening of the application period for the Capitol Square Foundation (CSF) School Transportation Grant. The grant is available to schools across Ohio and aims to help cover transportation costs for visits to the Ohio Statehouse and its museum. The application window will close on September 22 at 11:59 p.m.
“We are always looking for extra funds to help our students get to the State Capitol to learn about the history of our great State. I applaud the Capital Square Foundation for setting aside the funds for this important program,” said Plummer.
The program, a partnership between the Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board (CSRAB) and CSF, will provide funding support to 81 schools in Ohio. Schools interested in applying must submit their applications online through an authorized teacher or school administrator.
