City of Beavercreek Ohio issued the following announcement on March 2.
Artwork of Virginia Tuxhorn featured at The Gallery in March
The artwork of Virginia (Ginny) Tuxhorn will be featured at The Gallery at Lofino Plaza throughout the month of March.
Tuxhorn is a resident of Beavercreek and is an accomplished artist. Her career in advertising eventually led to her work as a watercolor artist.
Throughout her life, Tuxhorn moved frequently and raised three children. She studied under local artists Derek Black and Diane Coyle for many years, and currently studies with Sharon Stolzenberger.
Tuxhorn believes art is a constant learning process and reflects the trajectory of one’s life.
The Gallery at Lofino Plaza can be accessed through the front entrance of the Beavercreek Senior Center, 3868 Dayton-Xenia Rd. The Gallery at Lofino Plaze is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Fridays, and 9 a.m. to Noon on Saturdays.
