City of Bellbrook issued the following announcement on March 31.
Bellbrook Water Rates Rank in 10% Lowest Cost in Southwest Ohio
The City of Piqua conducted the annual water rate study and the results showed Bellbrook tied with four other municipalities as the 7th lowest water rate out of 67 municipalities in Southwest Ohio. Bellbrook was also one of 27 who maintained the same rate, while others had rate changes. The City of Bellbrook remains committed to keep costs of utilities and services low for our residents. Our efforts benefit not just Bellbrook, but a large part of Sugarcreek Township residents also. Out of the 4,000 water service accounts Bellbrook serves, 1,200 are serving residents of Sugarcreek Township, making their development grow and showing Bellbrook's committment to strengthen the entire community!
