Emily Monnier, PharmD (Director of Operations) and Kate McDermott (Data Analyst) will be talking about what medication management is, how we assist with it, and about setting goals for your individual health and well being.
Remedi at Home is a dedicated group of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, data analysts and customer service representatives. Our team coordinates with the customer, their prescribers and any caregivers to be sure that the goals of the customer are at the forefront.
