Arrangements for Mayor Church:
Visitation will be held in the Richard C. Church Council Chamber in the Miamisburg Civic Center on Tuesday from 3 to 8 p.m. A Masonic service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
Funeral service will be Wednesday at St. Jacob Lutheran Church (213 E. Central Avenue) at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hillgrove Cemetery on Central Avenue.
