New Class!! New Instructor!!

Class Description: Our relationship with food can be tricky. Many of us have spent years trying diet after diet only to be left tired, frustrated… and hungry. Intuitive Eating is the practice of learning how to tune out the diet noise and tune into your own intuition. Listening to your body to tell you what, when and how much to eat. What, when and how much to move. And so much more. It’s about trading in control for connection and finally feeling confident in and at peace with food, yourself and your body for good.

Join Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and Health & Life Coach, Kathleen Layer as she goes through the basics of Intuitive Eating and provides the key action steps needed to help you find success with intuitive eating right now.
