City of West Carrollton issued the following announcement on February 19.
Celebrate Mardi Gras with us Tuesday, March 1, from 5-8 pm!
There will be food trucks (McNasty's, Claybourne Grill, Cumberland Kettle Corn, Billie Gold Bubble Tea), beads, masks, king "cup"cakes, and music!
We'll be on the N. Elm St. block (between Central Ave. & Main St.) We'll have face painting, balloon figures & a mini float-making for the kids, too!
