Sign up today for Strollers in Motion! Workout with other parents and caregivers Wednesday mornings from 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. in the Multipurpose Room at Lofino Plaza, 3868 Dayton-Xenia Road.
Each total-body workout incorporates power walking and strolling, strength training, balance work, and toning. Strollers In Motion is an awesome way for parents and caregivers to get fit while having fun with their little one!
